Took the bus to Oxford today and stopped by the Stanford House.

Dinner at St. James Tavern

Tonight we ate at St. James Tavern in the Picadilly Circus area of downtown london.  We were so hungry that we have no pictures of the steak and ale pie, lasagna and garlic bread we ate but I managed to snap a shot of the empty pint of Fullers used to wash down the meal. Mmmmm!

The view from 2 Hyde Park Square.  It took us quite a while to find our lodging in London.  Nobody seemed to know where Hyde Park Square was and when they did we still needed to ask for additional directions along the way.  We easily found Hyde Park, Park Circle, Hyde Park Corner but not Hyde Park Square.  Let’s just say it felt good to finally find it and dump our bags.

That’s a pretty big suitcase… a pretty big empty suitcase considering we’re leaving for Europe tomorrow.  Guess what I’m going to do right now.  Pack? No way.  I still have time to squeeze in some softball before filling up big red.  See you in a few hours. ;)
